L2 Learning Support Assistant

Status: 30.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, term time only at 192 days per year
Salary: Band D+, Actual Salary £16,867 to £17, 729 (FTE Salary £23,500 to £24,702)

Inspire Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School and Thomas Rotherham College.

We are looking for to appoint a committed and enthusiastic staff able to show an understanding of, and sensitivity to, the needs and feelings of pupils who experience difficulties. Suitable candidate will have the skills required to work positively and proactively with pupils to support them to progress their learning. And have high aspirations for the pupils’ success and contribute in this supportive role to securing an outstanding learning experience for all pupils.
