Administrative Assistant Apprentice

Status: 37 hours per week, term time only (working 192 days per year)

Inspire Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School, Thomas Rotherham College and Winterhill School.

Oakwood High School is an over-subscribed 11-16 High School with a strong emphasis on respect for all; we are a Good school with ‘Outstanding Leadership and Management’ at all levels.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of administrative skills and experience in each of the key administrative areas of the school support structure including, Office Administration & Reception, Pastoral & Data, Marketing & Communications, Finance and Human Resources.

The successful candidate will follow an advanced apprenticeship training package to support their professional development and to meet the needs of the school moving forward. The training programme is a Level 3 in Business Administration, training provider to be sourced upon appointment.

Hours of work are typically 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am – 3:30pm on Friday. The post will be based primarily at Oakwood High School and will commence from September 2024.
